My name is Joshua Barrocas and I am the President of the Zeta Alpha Colony of the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity at Florida State University. I am writing this Letter of Recommendation on behalf of Bassett Events for their work during our Alumni Weekend this Fall.

Being recently re-colonized on campus, there is a lot of work that must go into running a young organization. However the hardest part about being new is the administrative work that goes into planning events such as Alumni Weekend. As President I must oversee many different aspects of our Fraternity. Bassett Events helped make my job as President easy by taking what I wanted to see and essentially doing all the behind-the-scenes work to make this event happen. All I had to do was tell them my vision, and they made it happen. Bassett Events did a great job turning my vision to a reality by accomplishing all the tasks I needed them to handle; including but not limited to purchasing FSU Football Tickets for all Alumni and Family, organizing an Alumni Barbeque, and even coordinating hotel rooms for all the Alumni.

As I stated before, I was extremely satisfied in how well organized Bassett Events was in handling our Alumni Weekend. However what separates them from other event planning services is how well connected they are to their customers. Throughout the process of planning the events, I was updated every step of the way from when we agreed to let them plan our Alumni weekend, up until the weekend was over. This is not to mention the extremely fair price they were willing to work with us. The service that we received for the budget we were working with cannot be matched by any other event planning service.

If you are looking to plan an event and want it to be a great time for all involved, I highly recommend letting Bassett Events plan your event. I am confident that whoever decides to use their service will not regret their decision.

Thank you so much for helping us out with our past few events. The Road Trip we took from Gainesville to South Carolina was awesome. The buses were in great condition, arrived on time, and even picked us up from the bars late at night. The fact that you were able to stay within our budget and get everyone two nights at Embassy Suites was unbelievable. They cooked us made to order omelets and were more than accommodating with roll-away beds, etc. Everyone had a great time and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I also wanted to thank you for helping us out by planning our formal. We threw this event at you last minute, but we could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. I know for a fact that there is no way that our brothers could have put together an event that nice for that price in that amount of time. The hotel was great, food was excellent, and banquet hall was perfect.

If there is anything I can do to promote Bassett Events and you personally please do not hesitate to ask. The fact that you do not charge us anything and help us is incredible. I look forward to utilizing your services again soon and thank you for staying in constant communication with our chapter throughout the planning process.
